[Signed documents] [manuscript]. 1789-1938.

Most of the documents are accompanied by typewritten English translations apparently done by the Landsarchief van Nederlandsch-Indie, now the Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia, where the documents are housed. There is also a yearbook for 1937 (published 1938) of the Landsarchief. Negative photographs of 13 documents and letters, written chiefly in Dutch at Koepang, Sourabaya and Batavia, and most signed by Bligh. There are lists of the men on the "Resource" and the "Bounty" mutineers, descriptions of the revolts on both ships, interrogations by Bligh of the troublemakers, and requests to the Governor-General William Arnold Alting and members of the India Council.
