The documents consist of 30 volumes of daily transcripts of proceedings of Telex Corporation and Telex Computer Products Inc. vs International Business Machines Corporation and 83 volumes of exhibits. The exhibits include: minutes (from 1968 to Sept. 1972) of the two top IBM decision making bodies - the Management Committe and the Supreme Management Review Committee; exhaustive product evaluations of major products, including market information and profit projections; quarterly product line assestments which measure how IBM's products rate against competitors models; and finally an assortment of internal memoranda and studies.
