Papers of Vivian Smith [manuscript]. 1915-1973.

Consists of papers, mostly correspondence, generated during Smith's search for letters by Vance and Nettie Palmer for a forthcoming publication of a selection of their letters by the National Library. There are also some originals and copies (photocopies and typed) of Palmer letters. The correspondence includes letters from many writers and acquaintances of the Palmers, including Marjorie Barnard, Leslie Rees, Judah Waten, Clem Christesen, R.H. Long, Frederick Macartney, Norman Lindsay, Aileen and Helen Palmer, Gwen Harwood, James McAuley and Ray Mathew.
