One letter and one certificate of appointment: a letter of indemnity from Henry Hopkins, Melbourne November 17th, 1851, to the trustees of Port Phillip Bank. (1 p.) (Accession # 231); a two page document advising William Montgomerie Bell appointed attorney for James Buchanan, Glasgow, trustee of the estate of Hugh Percy Forster, to sign the Deed of Settlement of the company conducting business at Melbourne under the style and form of "The Directors and Company of the Port Phillip Bank", 1851. (Accession # 230).
