A copy of the Hobart Town Advertiser, 19 March 1852, which includes an advertisement for a school at Oatlands run by Trollope.

Rev. William Trollope, uncle of Anthony Trollope, came to Australia in 1849. He was formerly a Classics Master of Pembroke College, Cambridge and he founded a school at Oatlands, Tasmania in 1852.
