Also, history of the Catholic church at Timboon, collected by E.J. McKinnon, Port Campbell, 1974, from Timboon and Camperdown Parish records; history of the Anglican church at Timboon, by Mrs E. Clarke, Port Campbell, 1974; and poem/song "Hop picking time at Canongoort" written by John Egan Purnim about the Callaways who grew prize-winning Hops between 1893 and 1902 but had to abandon this when red spider decimated the crop.
