The records of the GPA Head Office include files on a range of administrative and policy matters reflecting GPA's internal operations, its campaign activities, legal issues as well as its relationship with Greenpeace International. Correspondence in the collection derives from files maintained by the Chief Executive Officer and the Company Secretary. There are agenda and other papers for meetings of the GPA Board, the Board Finance Committee, the Stichting Greenpeace Council (SGC) and the SGC Regional Trustees. Themes documented by the collection include fundraising, merchandising, the dismissal of Paul Gilding as the International Executive Director in 1993, the "Rainbow Warrior" 'Cities and Coasts' Tour (1993), the work of the Community Action Division and the organisation's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
