Papers. 1900-1966.

The collection has been arranged in four sections: historical matters, literary matters, material written during World War II and personal material. Within each section further divisions have been made. Articles, correspondence, press cuttings, printed material and miscellaneous notes are separately grouped for each section. All photographs are located at the end of the collection. The correspondence has been numbered and an index to correspondence is included in the inventory. Because all the correspondence is not grouped together a guide to the arrangement of the correspondence is also included.
