The Walter Graves manuscript of early Fairmount College. 1892-1907.

The Walter Graves collection contains one original typewritten manuscript of an early history of Fairmount College from 1892 to 1907. Graves' insight provide much information on the early days of Fairmount College and of the controversy that plagued its relationship with the Congregational Church in Kansas and Washburn University in Topeka. The collection also includes two photocopies of the manuscript.

Walter Graves was a physician in Wichita and served on the board of Fairmount College for many years.
