À Short Sketch of a Voyage to Australia with Emigrants from there to Madras loading with logwood Sugar Cocoa nut and Sperm Oils Cotton Indigo Horns hides from their [sic] to Pondecherry [sic] - finishing with rice silks cloths and Sheepskins. Which commenced in 1852 ending 1854.' (2 pp, 14 stanzas). 2. Òctober the 25th 1853 Salt water grog tune Miseltoe boug [sic] ... Written by Henry Jones Clark able Seaman of the Emigrant Ship Eliza which left England for Australia on the 9th of November 1852' (1 p). 3. M̀adagascar sea october the 16th 1853 on a moonlight night full on the 17 Ship Eliza ... This is only A copy of the original by his brother Edward' (1 p).

Henry Jones Clark was an Able Seaman on the ship "Eliza", 1000 tons, from London and Plymouth, arriving in Portland, Victoria on 9 April 1853, carrying 330 immigrants.
