1. The Southern Cross (No. 1) Art Union raffle ticket donated by Mr Ken Snell. 2. Music manuscripts and same printed items which originally belonged to musician, Nance Osborne. (Nance Osborne was a singer who studied in London and won the Sun Aria at the South Street competition in Ballarat, Victoria in 1935). 3. Music manuscripts collected by Snell. Composers include Allan H. Dempster, Alice Meynell, E.C. Burchett and J. Scott-Power.

Alice Christiana Gertrude Thompson was born in England on October 11, 1847 to Thomas James and Christiana (Weller) Thompson.
