Spencer; a letter to the Canal Board, 9 June 1847, regarding improvements to Buffalo Harbor; draft of a report, 13 Aug. 1847, with recommendations on harbor and canal improvements, addressed to the Citizens and Common Council of the City of Buffalo; a statement [1847] concerning the offer of Messrs. Peacock, Townsend, and Coit to construct a basin and canal at their own expense; and an invitation to attend a general convention of the Commercial Union of the State of New York, at Corinthian Hall, Rochester, on 19 Jan. 1870.
