In 1926 the City of Grand Rapids, Mich. hired Harland Bartholomew, a city planner from St. Louis, Missouri to review the city's physical plant, forecast growth potential, and recommend a course of action to meet this growth. The collection contains drawings of tshe status of the city and Bartholomew's projections.
