Katherine R. Roberts collection of oral histories on material culture in North Carolina, 2006-2007.

The collection consists of audiorecordings (audiocassettes and CDs) of oral history interviews, tape logs, student papers, a cookbook, and a course syllabus relating to Katherine R. Roberts's University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill folklore classes centered on creating and collecting material culture. Interviews were conducted by Roberts's students with North Carolina residents engaged in cooking, sewing and quilting, house building, wine making, and other types of craftwork.
