Consists chiefly of viceregal orders issued in Mexico City by the Conde de Salvatierra, or royal decrees promulgated through the Viceroy, to confirm the decisions of Maestre de Campo Antonio Urrutia de Vergara regarding the administration of such monopolies. First portion missing.
