San Ygnacio de Cabyrica Mission records, 1697-1812.

Volume I - Libros de bautismos (2 folders) 1720-1812. Also records episcopal visitations of Benito Crespo, 1725, Martín de Elizacochea, 1737, and the representative of Pedro Tamarón y Romeral, Ignacio Lizassoain, in 1761. With a title page, dated 1812, in the handwriting of and signed by Father Francisco Fontbona. Volume 2 - Entierros, 1697-1788. Burial of the following Jesuit priests: Francisco Gonsalvo, Gaspar Stiger and Joseph Haffenrichter, and a Franciscan, Manuel Carrasco, included. Volume 3 - Libros de casamientos, 1713-1737. (2 folders) With forwarding note, May 18, 1814, by Father Francisco Fontbona. Folder 2 contains a fragment of a census report, 1768. Entries are in the handwriting of and signed by Fathers Joseph Agustin de Campos, Phelipe Segesser, Ygnacio Xavier Keller, Gaspar Stiger, Juan Nentvig, Antonio María Bentz, Ignaz Pfefferkorn, Miguel Gerstner, Diego Joseph Barrera, Luís María Gallardi, Joseph Och, Francisco Pauer, Alonso Espinosa, Franciso Sanchez Zúniga, Manuel Carrasco, Balthasar Carrillo, Pedro Arriquibar, Jacobo Sedlmayer and other officiating priests.

Father Pedro Tomarón Romeral, a native of Spain, came to the Americas in the 1750s as chaplain to the bishop of Caracas.
