Breezy letter to a friend: "Yesterday I saw a feature being offered to the papers, bearing the signature of the secretary of agriculture. It seeks to show that the present outfit at Washington is fulfilling prophecy and that it is intimately related to the Lord. There's never been anything like it and we do not have in congress one man, armed with sufficient ridicule to ventilate the whole proposition."
