Contains photos of San Francisco Civic Center, including construction and interior and exterior images of City Hall. Many photos show various civic events, such as processions (World War I draftees) and political and social group gatherings (Boy Scouts), some of which picture Rolph. Includes a photo of city treasurer John E. McDougald standing next to a large table of newly minted coins, and a photo of a drawing of the Civic Center and environs.
