Harold S. Jacoby (1907-) was Professor of Sociology at the University of Pacific, Stockton, Calif. (1933-62, 1968-76) and Dean of the College of Pacific (1962-68). The American Liberty League was launched on August 22, 1934. The League's board of directors included Irénée du Pont, Pierre du Pont, John Raskob, and Jouett Shouse.
