Collection consists of 3 portfolios of photographs with many negatives taken in Haiti in 1947-1948, with explanatory text by anthropologist Erika Bourguignon. Also included is a copy of Paul Bourguignon's novel of Haiti, The greener grass, 1993, an exhibition catalog showing some of his Haiti-inspired paintings, and other materials.
