Letter, 1796 Jan. 12 : Littlesborough, to David Cobb, Tanton.

Renuff, a squatter on Cobb's lands, asks if he may puchase 100 acres for five dollars as those who were on the land prior to 1784 could by established Massachusetts policy rather than for forty dollars as stipulated to him by Samuel S. Wilde.
