Diaries, 1710-1758.

This collection includes Williams' diaries for the following years: 1710, 1716, 1723, 1752, 1753, and 1758. The diary for 1723 was incorrectly attributed to Williams' father. All of the diaries were kept in interleaved almanacs. The brief entries include information on the weather, daily activities, deaths and baptisms, and farming and beekeeping. There are some financial accounts and occasional notations on Indian activities (especially in the earlier diaries) and on contemporary events (especially the 1758 diary with references to the French and Indian War).
