The text confirms the three papal bulls and the famous codicil to Queen Isabella's will concerning the treatment of the American Indians printed in the following order: Inter caetera divinae maiestati (1493 May 4); Clausula de testamento, (the codicil made at Media del Campo, 1504 October 12); Eximiae devotionis sinceritas (1501 November 16) and Dudum siquidem omnes (1493 September 26).
