Included are letters from eminent American and European scientists concerning meteorological subjects; copies of Ferrel's writings and publications; photographs of an eclipse of the sun, 1860, and of several scientists; an account of Bethany College, Lancaster, Pa., Ferrel's alma mater; and bills and receipts.
