Primarily letters from N. Atkinson, the overseer of Berkeley's "Goose Pond" plantation, describing in detail crops, marketing of livestock, and weather conditions. There is also an account of tobacco sent to England, 1771, and goods received in return by Robert Beverly; physician's accounts for 1791-1799; and two poems by Edmund Berkeley, one on Pickett's charge.
