[Letter] 1793 févr. 17 / Dumouriez.

A letter (dispatch) from the invasion by the French Army into the Netherlands against the Austrians. The dispatch is also signed, in acknowledgment of its receipt, by Pierre de Ruel, French Minister of War, in Paris at 1PM on Feb. 20th, and by Lebrun, as French Secretary of Foreign Appairs.
