These photographs document the life and military career of General Patton. Included are images of Patton as a child, with family members; his World War II campaigns; his fellow commanders; the room in which he died; his funeral service in Heidelberg, Germany, and burial in Luxembourg; and memorials to him. The collection also includes memorandum, newsclippings, and correspondence primarily regarding to his funeral and various memorial tributes.
