Peter Johnson bounty claim and award, 1787 May 1.

New Haven resident claims a bounty by virtue of a state law promoting production of raw silk. He receives two pounds, ten shillings for planting 530 white mulberry trees on his property and cultivating them for three years. Witnessed by Henry Daggett and Samuel Bishop, Justices of the Peace. Includes order of payment.
