Record of Daniel Plumer's justiciary proceedings begun the first day of April 1809, 1809-1826.

Cases heard before Daniel Plumer as Justice of the Peace in Epping. Entries include place of hearing, date and time, party names, brief description of the issues and the result of the cases. The first 115 pages are used, followed by 239 blank pages. The final 11 pages reverse direction and entries begin from the back of the book. These are mostly records of oaths administered. On the first of these pages is the record of William Plumer's oath that he will faithfully discharge his duties as a trustee of Dartmouth University (Jan 23, 1817). The final pages of the reversed entries are an account book with entries dated 1863-1866.
