Photograph album of the 8th Evacuation Hospital [manuscript], 1944-1945.

The album, titled "Outline of Hospital Operation", 1944-1945, contains photographs of the set up of the hospital at several sites in Italy. A series of loose photographs includes pictures of the Jefferson Day celebration, April 1945. The volume also contains a 1943 Christmas V-Mail to his son William H. Laird "Billy" together with a photogrpah of Billy, and a letter to his wife, 1943 March 3.
