In her convocation address, Kathleen Richardson accepted an award for and on behalf of Evelyn Hart, principal dancer with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and was awarded herself with an honourary degree for her sustaining support of the performing arts in Winnipeg, particularly the Ballet.
