Consists of correspondence, memoranda, minutes, contracts, subject files, news releases, speeches, notes, visiting teacher reports, bulletins, and photographs concerning education associations, vocational education, higher education, school construction, annexation, Education Factfinding Commission, and Superintendent Joseph Crawford's trip to an education conference in Japan. May 18, 2007 accession consists of BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION VACANCIES (1998-2002, .75 ft) and COUNCIL OF CHIEF STATE SCHOOL OFFICERS (1999-2005, .5 ft) also included in the accession are records from organizations the Superintendent participates in, they include the Dakota Boys Ranch and the Dakota Center. Finally the accession also includes the Superintendent's Report for the years 1994-1998. This accession is 4.75 ft in total volume. December 1, 2009 accession consists of .50 ft of LEGISLATION from 2003 Legislative Session, located in box 12. November 26, 2010 accession consists of .25 ft of LEGISLATION of 2005 Legislative Session Fiscal Notes for bills concerning Public Instruction, accession is housed in box 12.
