Apparently a supplement to a work called "Kenz ül-[sic]meviz" [error for mevaiz?] by a Şeyh Mahmut who decided to enhance this work containing advice on religious matters with advice on matters of medicine (see start of text). Considering the title given in the text (see end of text), and the contents, this would appear to consist of extracts from (i.e. a very short abridgment of) Gayet ül-beyan fi tedbir-i beden il-insan by Sālih ibn Nasr Allāh al-Halabī.
