Theotokarion with petitionary canons to the Theotokos in the first and second mode, etc. Minor scribal marginal inscription on leaf 36a. Scribal inscription with signature is on leaf 158b. Leaf 159a-159b, several inscriptions, one dated 7130 [1622] and another, in Persian in Arabic script written by a Christian referring to a priest Estephanos and Mt. Athos. Ornamented heading and initials.
