Consists of minutes of the State Board of Normal Schools, 1911-1915; the State Board of Regents, 1915-1919; and the State Board of Higher Education, 1939-1983. Minutes document administration of state colleges and universities and are complete from 1911 to 1983, except for the period of control by the Board of Administration, 1919 to 1939. Minutes provide information on state college and university improvements and construction, administration, funding, policy, and curriculum. Includes policy statements, curriculum proposals, financial statements, letters, index to minutes, and minutes of joint meetings between the State Board of Higher Education and the State Board of Vocational Education, the State Board of Public School Education, the Educational Broadcasting Council, and the Council of College and University Presidents.
