The Holy Assembly of Mt. Athos (Epistasia) resolves in favor of Hilandar Monastery their dispute with Esphigmenou Monastery over a piece of land. With statement of month, indiction, year and the signatures of Protos' Kyrillos and his Council (some in Church Slavic in Cyrillic script). Paper original, no seal, 26 lines (without signatures), 50 x 34 cm. The writing is faded along fold lines. With one manuscript copy of unknown date from the 1561 original, no seal.
