There have been four accruals. The first accrual is arranged into the following series: special topics: correspondences, documents, news clippings and ephemera; manuscripts and printed works, prose; manuscripts and printed works, poetry; manuscripts and printed works, translations; manuscripts and printed works, other authors; private press materials; Walt Whitman-Richard Maurice Bucke materials. The second accrual is roughly arranged into the following series: incoming correspondence, outgoing correspondence, book manuscripts, notes and worksheets for reference books, poetry manuscripts, miscellaneous, and Tamarack Review materials. The third accrual is arranged into the following series: incoming correspondence, outgoing correspondence, manuscripts, Hounslow Press material, other materials, including Tamarack Review materials. The fourth accrual is arranged into the following series: manuscripts by Colombo; correspondence, manuscripts not by Colombo; miscellaneous notes and printed materials.
