The Holy Community of Mt. Athos (Synedrion), at the request of Stefan Uroš IV Dušan, yields to the monks of Hilandar a kellion of Plakas (Mt. Athos). With statement of month, indiction, year and the witnesses' signatures. Manuscript copy of unknown date from a 1347 original, no seal, 27 lines (without signatures), 39 x 31 cm, extensively damaged on the right side due to moisture.
