Ecclesiastical tribunal of Zichna reproves the monks of Zograph Monastery who lay claim to a mill in Chantax on the river Struma in Macedonia, contrary to the rights of Hilandar. With statement of month, indiction, year and the witnesses' signatures. Paper original, no seal, 56 lines (without signatures), 81 x 29 cm, well preserved except for some spotting at the bottom on the left side. With one parchment manuscript copy of unknown date, no seal, 45 lines (without signatures), 59 x 37 cm, extensively damaged at the bottom obscuring the signatures' area.
