Protos of Mt. Athos Isaak and his fellow-brethren (probably the Epistasia) agree that hieromonk Theodoulos of St. Sava's Monastery (i.e. Hilandar) may occupy a kellion in the tower at Hilandar in exchange for the services he will offer. Without statement of date but with the signatures of the Protos and the witnesses.
