The Sigma Xi Records primarily document the actvities of the Sigma Xi Club at Oregon State College in the 1930s leading up to the designation of the club as chapter of the national Society of the Sigma Xi in 1937. The records also include reports of the Society of Sigma Xi Research Committee for 1963 and 1965, which outline the status of research program at Oregon State University, and an announcement of the 2001 Sigma Xi Winter Lecture.
