Protostrator Theodōros Doukas Palaiologos Synadēnos sells to Gerʹvasii︠e︡, Abbot of Hilandar, a mill and a piece of land yielding 50 barrels in the vicinity of Krēmna near Zichna, town and diocese in Macedonia. The copyist erroneously added a signature at the initial brief summary which should actually precede the following document proper. With statement of month, indiction, year, date and numerous signatures. 16+50 lines (with signatures).
