Byzantine Emperor Andronicus II Palaeologus, at the request of Stefan Uroš II Milutin, issues a chrysobullos logos wherein he grants three villages, Georgēlas, Eunouchou and Leipsochōriou to Hilandar Monastery. With statement of month, indiction, year and with the Emperor's signature. Note at the bottom where two pieces of parchment are pasted. 194 lines (with signature).
