Protos Iōannikios and the Holy Assembly (Epistasia) settle the dispute of the monasteries Hilandar and Skorpios over possession of Chremitzena (Mt. Athos). With statement of month and indiction. Two items, both of them originals. A: 46 lines (without signatures), 56x49 cm, parchment irregular. B: 39 lines (without signatures), 70x51 cm, parchment irregular, with spots and holes. Judging by the handwriting and general resemblance of the two documents, it seems that this is a doubled original, made with the purpose of being dispatched among the Hilandar monks at the time when Hilandar was definitely being separated from Skorpios (in 1326). However, the signatures in A and B show considerable and inexplicable variation.
