Includes a festal celebration commemorating the salvation of Vologda in 1655 (leaves 1a-17b); leaves 18-41b, service of Athanasius the Great, Patriarch of Alexandria; leaves 42a-74a, service for venerable hegumen Dimitrii Prilut︠s︡kii on June 3; leaves 75a-112b, the life of venerable hegumen Dimitrii Prilut︠s︡kii and his miracles (text as found in Macarius' Četi-Minei); leaves 113a-135b, tale of God's mercy and his protection of our church. The 1st leaf from the first quire and the last 2 leaves from the last quire are missing. Ornamented initials with interweaving.

The Scrinium of the Roman Church existed from the 4th century, functioning as both library and archives. In the 6th century it was under the Primicerius Notariorum (see ID VATV032-A). By the end of the 8th century it was headed by the Bibliothecarius, who also served as the chancellor. This library was lost in the 13th century.
