Hoyt H. Hudson was a scholar, teacher and poet. He co-edited POETRY OF THE ENGLISH RENAISSANCE, a standard anthology, published a volume of poetry, CELEBRATION, and at the time of his early death left incomplete the manuscript for a projected book, THE EPIGRAM IN THE ENGLISH RENAISSANCE.
