Shows the operations in Tennessee and Georgia from Sept. 1, 1863-Sept. 9, 1863. Shows General Rosencrans's advance with the Army of the Cumberland south of the Tennessee River from Bridgeport, Ga., to Trenton, Lookout Mountain, then Chattanooga. Also shows the advance of General Burnside to Kingston, Tenn., then to Knoxville on Sept. 4th.
