Canons, akathists and verses, containing all six known works of Efrem "the Hymnographer" in the earliest known version. Leaf 15b, paraklesis to the Theotokos; leaf 23a, the rite of the extreme unction; leaf 40a, canons in the fifth, fourth, sixth and eighth mode by St. Gregory Sinaites. Efrem's works begin on leaf 59a, with Petitionary Canon to Jesus Christ, with an acrostic in the ninth ode; leaf 63a, Petitionary Canon to the Theotokos in the eighth mode, again with acrostic in the ninth ode; leaf 67a, Petitionary Canon for the emperor in the fourth mode, with acrostic. Leaf 71a, Petitionary Canon to Jesus Christ and the Theotokos in the fourth mode by Patriarch kyr Philotheos.
