Townsend, Albany, 25 Nov. 1829, informing them of the availability of a house and lot on Washington Street in Buffalo; Albany, to Absalom Bull, Black Rock, 4 Feb. and 11 Feb. 1833, regarding Tracy's proposed bill to extend the time in which public officials must take the oath of office; Albany, to Ralph Plumb, Lodi, Cattaraugus County, 22 Jan. 1834, on the efforts of the Holland Land Company to force settlers to pay a tax imposed by the legislature; a printed circular letter, Norwich, Conn., to "fellow citizens of Collins, Erie County, New York", 25 July 1840, giving his view of the upcoming election as a choice between a national bank and an independent treasury; and Buffalo, to Vine Wright Kingsley, New York, on Tracy's definition of government.
