Publications and records of the Ithaca College Resource and Environmental Management Program, begun in 1991: "The Ithaca College Resource and Environmental Management Program (Romp) promotes awareness of environmental concerns, resource management, recycling, and conservation; implements new programs that benefit the environment; educates the College community and the general public about the need to preserve the environment; and manages the College's waste stream in a cost-effective and environmentally sound manner,"--introductory web page.
